We really enjoyed our stay at Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel Makkah! The room was spacious and modern, with a stunning view of the city and Al Haram. The housekeeping staff was fantastic, especially Mohammed Mujeed, who went out of his way to accommodate us. The daily shuttle service made getting to the Haram a breeze, and the variety of food options nearby was a hit with the family.

The shuttle didn't have a ramp for the baby stroller.

the location of the marriott is fantastic, very close to the haram. the in-house praying facilities really made our stay special, and the lobby area was welcoming. i really appreciated the respectful front desk staff, especially the bellman who was so helpful throughout our visit.

My recent stay at Marriott was very pleasant. The location is exceptionally convenient, just a short 3-4 minute walk to Haram. The housekeeping staff was exemplary, particularly Roby, who was prompt and attentive to our needs. The hotel also offers a wonderful shuttle service with both golf carts and buses, making it easy to travel to and from the Haram.

the room was awesome with air conditioning, a sofa, coffee machine, and a private bathroom. we had a partial view of Haram from our room. the cleaning staff were quick and super friendly. breakfast had fresh pastries and a variety of juices. there was also a relaxing spa, which was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay! The food options were incredible, especially the continental menu and delicious baklava. The shuttle service was super convenient for getting to the Haram quickly. Overall, a very memorable stay!
